Applications are invited from candidates with an interest in business administration within a legal environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes Required:
• Acquired or seeking to acquire basic keyboard skills to enable working with Microsoft Office, Financial Accounting and Case Management software
• Acquired or seeking to acquire basic administrative skills to enable call handling, typing, electronic communication and data entry
• Prepared to develop an understanding and contribute to the workings of a busy legal practice as required
• Prepared to be a team player with positive and cooperative attitude.
• Willingness to participate fully in any training required to carry out the tasks required
Tasks required to perform:
• Assist with; Legal Secretarial, Reception and Cashier duties including time and data entry onto the accounts system.
• File closing and archiving
• Post room duties
• To act at all times in the best interest of the firm and it’s clients
