Wills
Everyone, whatever your age, should make a Will. It’s the only way to ensure
the people you choose will benefit from your estate. Without a Will, legally
your estate may have to be divided and benefit people you wouldn’t choose – for
example, a spouse from whom you are separated but not yet divorced.
We offer guidance and advice on making a Will, covering complex matters such
as mitigating Inheritance Tax and setting up instructions to provide for young
children.
We are happy to arrange home or hospital visits to the elderly or infirm, and
will prepare your Will efficiently and as quickly as you require.
