Les Saunders

lES Saunders Limited, Senior Partner

Les is the senior partner of Anderson Partnership Solicitors, which was set up in 1992. He joined the firm in 2001 and is head of the Property and Commercial department.  He also supports the Child Care team and is a member of the Law Society Children panel.

A family man, Les lives in Sheffield and apart from playing guitar he enjoys trips to the warmer climate of Spain.

SARAH PEACH LIMITED, PARTNER

Sarah has been a partner with Anderson Partnership Solicitors since 1999 and is head of the Family & Child Care department.  She is a member of the Law Society’s Specialisation Panels for Family and Children Law and is a member of Resolution. Sarah is also a qualified Mediator (currently non-practising)

Sarah has a young family and with her singing and song writing talents awaits the elusive publishing/recording deal!

Neil BradleyNeil R Bradley LIMITED, PARTNER

Neil qualified with Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2004.  He is head of the Personal Injury department, is a member of the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

A life long supporter of Chesterfield Football Club, he dreams of travelling to Wembley Stadium to see his team win the FA Cup Final!!

Nigel anderson, CONSULTANTNigel Anderson

Nigel is a consultant to Anderson Partnership Solicitors, specialising in civil litigation acting for local business and private individuals in their disputes - this includes professional negligence claims as well as boundary disputes.  Previously President of the Derby and District Law Society, Nigel is a trained Mediator.

Married with grown up sons and living in the Peak District, Nigel is keen on woodwork in his spare time.

Nicola HollandNicola Holland, AssOCIATE Solicitor

Nicola joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2000 and qualified in 2006.  She specialises in family work and is a key member of the Family and Child Care team.

One of twin sisters and with a young family, Nikki currently works a four day week.

Roger TaggRoger Tagg, FELLOW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LEGAL EXECUTIVES

Roger is a member of the Personal Injury team of Anderson Partnership Solicitors and has many years experience of fighting for compensation on behalf of clients injured in accidents.

He is a keen rugby league man and whilst retired as a player, he is President of Dodworth Rugby Club where his main contribution is to the takings behind the bar!

Shelagh HayesShelagh Hayes, Legal Executive

Shelagh is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2003 although she has worked in Probate for 20 years.  Shelagh is responsible for looking after our elderly clients dealing with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Grants of Probate and the Administration of Estates.

Shelagh has a very busy home life looking after 3 children with no time left for hobbies!

Kathryn BAguley , ASSistant Solicitor

Kathryn joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2009, having qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She brings to the team five years of experience from working in legal practice and specialises in Private Client. Kathryn deals with matters including Estate Planning, elderly client issues, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She is also in the process of becoming authorised to give financial advice to complement her legal skills. 

Outside of work, Kathryn is a musician and plays the cornet, cello and piano, mainly specialising in brass band music and has played in many venues all over the world.

Stephen savage, ASSistant Solicitor

Stephen qualified in 1976 and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2009.  He is head of the Civil Litigation Department and brings to the firm a detailed knowledge of civil litigation in the High Court, County Court, various tribunals and mediation. Acting for commercial and private clients around the country and from abroad he has successfully represented their interests over a wide range of legal issues. These include business and residential landlord & tenant, property, contentious probate, contract, negligence and nuisance.

When not in work he follows sport, attempting golf and supporting his team, and enjoys the theatre.

DANIEL MILLIGAN, ASSISTANT SOLICITOR

Dan qualified in summer 2009 and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in January 2010. He specialises in Family work and is a member of the Family and Child Care team.

He used to play rugby league and football and still hasn’t quite given up the dream of playing professionally. Dan also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

MARIANNE MOLLOY, ASSISTANT Solicitor

Marianne qualified in summer 2010 and works in the Family department of Anderson Partnership Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2008.

Marianne enjoys all kinds of sports and when she was younger represented Derbyshire for Athletics, competing in the 200m.

She is a huge Michael Bolton fan and enjoys travelling to all kinds of destinations throughout the world.

ROSALYN CRAGG, Trainee Solicitor

Rosalyn is a trainee solicitor working in the Civil Litigation department of Anderson Partnership Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2008.

In her spare time, Rosalyn enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and shopping!!!
