LES SAUNDERS LIMITED,
SENIOR PARTNER
Les is the Senior Partner of Anderson Partnership Solicitors, which was set up in 1992. He joined the firm in 2001 and is head of the Property and Commercial department. He also supports the Child Care team, is a member of the Law Society Children panel and acts as the firm's Anti-Money Laundering Regulations Officer.
A family man, Les lives in Sheffield and apart from playing guitar he enjoys trips to the warmer climate of Spain.
SARAH PEACH LIMITED, PARTNER
Sarah has been a Partner with Anderson Partnership Solicitors since 1999 and is Head of the Family & Child Care Department. She is a member of the Law Society’s Specialisation Panels for Family and Children Law and is a member of Resolution. Sarah is also a qualified Mediator (currently non-practising)
Sarah has a young family and with her singing and song writing talents awaits the elusive publishing/recording deal!

MARK BINNEY, SOLICITOR
On joining us in 2011, Mark became Head of the Personal Injury Department at Anderson Partnership. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of litigation, both from a Claimant and Defendant perspective. In accordance with SRA requirements, Mark is also our nominated contact in the unlikely instance you were to have a concern about our client care.
Mark's passion is cars.. to the point of obsession.

Nigel anderson, CONSULTANT
Nigel is a Consultant to Anderson Partnership Solicitors, specialising in civil litigation acting for local business and private individuals in their disputes - this includes professional negligence claims as well as boundary disputes. Previously President of the Derby and District Law Society, Nigel is a Deputy Coroner and trained Mediator.
Married with grown up sons and living in the Peak District, Nigel is keen on woodwork in his spare time.

nicola holland ,
associate solicitor 
Nicola joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
She specialises in all aspects of family matters including divorce, resolution of finances and issues relating to children, as well as the breakdown of civil partnerships. Nicola also deals with Public Law Proceedings where the Local Authority initiate Care Proceedings. She represents parents and assists the head of department, Sarah Peach, in children matters.
She is a member of the Family Law Accreditation Scheme and the firm's Franchise Liaison Manager to the Legal Services Commission.
One of twin sisters and with a young family, in any spare time that she finds, Nicola enjoys shopping, walking and socialising with friends.

TESSA DUNLEAVY,
ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR
Althought the most recent addition to the Family Department, Tessa brought a wealth of experience with her when she joined us in 2011. She specialises in Public Law Care Proceedings.
Tessa is an active Committee Member of the Derby and District Law Society .

Roger Tagg,
FELLOW OF THE
INSTITUTE OF LEGAL EXECUTIVES
Roger is a member of the Personal Injury team of Anderson Partnership Solicitors and has many years experience of fighting for compensation on behalf of clients injured in accidents.
He is a keen rugby league man and whilst retired as a player, he is President of Dodworth Rugby Club where his main contribution is to the takings behind the bar!

Shelagh Hayes,
FELLOW OF THE
INSTITUTE OF LEGAL EXECUTIVES
Shelagh is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2003 although she has worked in Probate for 20 years. Shelagh is responsible for looking after our clients regarding Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Grants of Probate and the Administration of Estates.
Shelagh has a very busy home life looking after 3 children, allegedly with no time left for hobbies!

Stephen savage, ASSistant Solicitor
Stephen qualified in 1976 and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in 2009. He is Head of the Civil Litigation Department and brings to the firm a detailed knowledge of civil litigation in the High Court, County Court, various tribunals and mediation. Acting for commercial and private clients around the country and from abroad he has successfully represented their interests over a wide range of legal issues. These include business and residential landlord & tenant, property, contentious probate, contract, negligence and nuisance.
When not in work he enjoys the theatre and follows sport, attempting golf and supporting Derby County FC.

DANIEL MILLIGAN, ASSISTANT SOLICITOR

Dan qualified in summer 2009 and joined Anderson Partnership Solicitors in January 2010. He specialises in Family work and is a member of the Family and Child Care team.
He used to play rugby league and football and still hasn’t quite given up the dream of playing professionally. Dan also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

MARIANNE MOLLOY, ASSISTANT Solicitor
Marianne qualified in summer 2010 and works in the Family department of Anderson Partnership Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2008.
Marianne enjoys all kinds of sports and when she was younger represented Derbyshire for Athletics, competing in the 200m.
She is a huge Michael Bolton fan and enjoys travelling to all kinds of destinations throughout the world.
