Our Civil Litigation team deals with all other legal matters, and provides a back up service for clients of other departments on a diverse range of issues from Chancery claims by clients wrongly excluded from a will to often highly emotive building disputes.

For commercial clients, we offer a wide range of litigation from simple debt collection to more complicated company and partnership disputes.

Nigel Anderson is an Accredited Mediator for cases that are suitable for the ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure.

We also provide advice to individuals and companies on handling debt problems, working closely with specialised Licence Insolvency Practitioners to ease the pain of financial difficulties.
